The second step of your adoption plan is to choose the level of communication you’d like to have with the family and your baby after the adoption takes place. There are three different types of adoption for you to choose from.

The third step of your adoption plan is choosing the right adoptive family for your baby. Your decision to place your baby for adoption will be a long-awaited miracle for a waiting adoptive family. The fourth step of your adoption plan is making a plan for when you deliver your baby. This will include selecting a hospital, choosing how you want to give birth, and deciding who will accompany you when you go to the hospital. You can also choose how much time — if any — you want to spend with your baby and the adoptive family during your hospital stay.
